His culinary journey in London includes stints at influential establishments such as Luca and Hedone, both holding Michelin stars. Earlier in his career, Josh honed his skills at the esteemed Le Champignon Sauvage, renowned for its two Michelin stars.

Throughout his career, Josh has remained committed to achieving the highest standards in food, constantly pushing boundaries to develop original and innovative dishes and techniques. Currently, he is involved in Product Development projects with acclaimed food brands like The Gordon Ramsay Group, while also delivering impeccable dinner parties and events for Harper Fine Dining.
