Josh recently held the role of Senior Sous Chef at Kol restaurant while he was there they impressively gained a Michelin star, 23rd best restaurant in the world and 10th best restaurant in the UK in the national restaurant awards.
Josh is Inspired by modern food trends, respectful of classical techniques, passionate about using the best quality and local ingredients.
In London Josh has worked in some of the most influential restaurants such as Luca, 1 Michelin star and Hedone, 1 Michelin sta and in his earlier career he developed as a chef at 2 Michelin star Le Champignon Sauvage.
His career has focused on achieving the very best standards in food possible whilst pushing to develop original and innovative dishes and techniques.
Josh is currently working on Product Development projects with highly acclaimed food brands such as The Gordon Ramsay Group along side carrying out dinner parties and events to the highest standards for Harper Fine Dining.
