Marco

Marco is a fantastic Chef with notable experience in traditional Italian cooking and Michelin Japanese cuisine. Marco worked all over Italy gaining and growing his love for cooking, always striving to use local seasonal produce and the freshest meat and fish. He decided to move to London to extend his opportunities and learn a new cuisine in depth. He loved Japanese food and decided that this was where he wanted to excel. He found a job at Sexy Fish and quickly gained a senior position, he moved on to Michelin starred Zuma and became a Chef at the top of his game, developing further his flair for fine dining. Marco is humble and personable and his passion shines through. His dishes never fail to impress.
