Sean worked in London for over 10 years. He started at Roux Parliament Square. Then in in 2013 he went to work at restaurant Gordon Ramsey, 3 Michelin star.During this time he ran all the sections in the kitchen. He left in 2017 to help open Core by Clare Smyth, 2 Michelin Star, where he had the opportunity to cook at the royal wedding for Prince Harry and Megan.
He now works as a freelance private chef, he also does consultancy work for the Gordon Ramsay Group and is currently running cookery retreats in his woodland in Surrey where he takes guests out to forage before preparing a special dinner.He is passionate about fresh seasonal ingredients and knows al there is to know about mushrooms! We love working with Sean, he delivers to the highest standard on every dinner.
