Sean’s culinary journey spans over a decade in London’s restaurant scene. Beginning his career at Roux Parliament Square, Sean quickly made his mark before moving on to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, a pinnacle of gastronomy with 3 Michelin stars. During his time there, spanning 4 years, Sean demonstrated his versatility by overseeing all sections of the kitchen.
Sean then embarked on a new chapter, joining the opening team of Core by Clare Smyth, an acclaimed two Michelin-starred restaurant. His talents were further showcased when he had the honour of cooking at the royal wedding for Prince Harry and Meghan.
Sean continues to share his culinary expertise, offering consultancy services for the Gordon Ramsay Group and organising cookery retreats in the tranquil woodlands of Surrey. With a deep passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients, Sean’s knowledge of mushrooms is unparalleled. His commitment to excellence shines through in every dinner he prepares, making him a valued member of our team.
Exceptionally, Sean works for Gordon Ramsay and his family as their private chef over holiday breaks.
