Simon

Simon has worked as a senior Chef at Michelin Star and multiple Rosette level and has lead a kitchen team in one of the north of England’s premier event catering companies. Simon set himself up for running his own award winning venues. He followed this with a Development Chef role that not only involved perfecting menus with numerous Head Chefs in individual sites, but also reopened the door for him to the world of Events and Private Chef work.

Working alongside the nutritionists, house managers, housekeepers and nannies of Private Households he has become a Chef for numerous HNW and UHNW clients on a temporary basis and produces menus suitable for all members of the families.

Simon has a wealth of knowledge in dietary and nutritional needs and has a great knowledge of cuisine from around the world. Simon is friendly, easy going and always striving to cook at the highest level for his guests. He is a fantastic, reliable member of the Harper Fine Dining Team.
