Ben has a fantastic culinary background with lots of Michelin star experience, having worked for 4 1/2 years for Tom Kerridge at The Hand & Flowers. He also worked under Raymond Blanc for just short of 6 years at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and a year at The Square with Phil Howard.
Ben is a passionate chef and always wants to stay ahead of the game. He carried out a stint (stage) to gain further experience at Noma and Amass in Copenhagen. Ben is currently the head chef, having been for the last 3 years at 1* Michelin The Nut Tree Inn.
Ben has also worked as a Private Chef in the Alps, France, Switzerland, UK and on large events at Royal Ascot. Our Clients love Ben’s creativity and outstanding work.
