Neil

Neil is a highly qualified chef in terms of skill, talent and experience and has huge amounts of determination, always striving for perfection in his work. He has spent the last 8 years working within 3 Michelin starred restaurants, such as The French Laundry in the Napa Valley and Restaurant Gordon Ramsey – where he has spent 6.5 years working through all of the kitchen sections and in the position of senior sous with head chefs such as Claire Smyth and Matt Abe.Neil has experience also in events and private dining.

He enjoys this as cooking directly for the guests he can really showcase his knowledge and flair on the plate, using his creativity and expertise.He has thoroughly enjoyed his journey within fine dining and continually enjoys the exciting and interesting experiences that cooking at the highest level brings.
