Seeking to elevate his craft further, Tom undertook stages at iconic American establishments, including the acclaimed 3 Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park and Alinea.
Driven by his passion for culinary creativity, Tom thrives on continuous learning and skill refinement. He finds immense satisfaction in working with premium ingredients and top-tier produce, consistently pushing the boundaries of his culinary prowess.
A crowning achievement in Tom’s career came in 2021 when he won the title of National Chef of the Year. This prestigious accolade, earned through rigorous competition against thousands of contestants, demonstrates Tom’s exceptional talent and dedication to his craft. With a panel of esteemed judges including Paul Ainsworth, James Knappett, and Steve Groves, among others, Tom’s triumph is truly monumental in the culinary world.
Tom worked as head chef at Michelin starred Morsten Hall befor moving to The Fat Duck, 3 Michelin star, where he works in development for Heston Blumenthal.
