Lewis is an incredible Chef who we are delighted to have on our Team. He has an unbeatable culinary background. His knowledge of the latest techniques and trends is second to none. He has held senior positions in some of the most exclusive Michelin restaurants in the UK and overseas including Moor Hall, Petrus, Eleven Madison Park, L’Enclume and Davies and Brook at Claridge’s. Lewis has also worked as a Private Chalet Chef in Verbier and really enjoys providing the most upscale private parties in peoples homes. Lewis is extremely pleasant and unassuming and works to the best of his ability to ensure his guests are blown away at the end of the evening.
