David has been a Chef for over 20 years, working in numerous Michelin starred kitchens, which include Richard Corrigans flagship restaurant The Lindsey House, It was there where David developed his passion for cooking great quality ingredients, gaining skills and knowledge to be enable him to cook at a very high level. He then moved on to Ransommes Dock, here he perfected his classical high end cooking.
He moved overseas and worked in an exclusive 5 star hotel resort in Montenegro. Back in the UK David worked for a number of years at The Sportsman restaurant, Kent, which was one of the first gastro pubs in the UK to get a 1 Michelin star rating. Returning to London David worked at Berners Tavern under Jason Atherton, continuing his development and pushing himself creatively.Other notable experiences in David’s career are working at private members club, The Oriental Club, known for its delivery of high quality food. David also spent time at Holland & Holland the exclusive shooting grounds in West London.
David now works on a freelance basis. Cooking for Harper Fine Dining, delivering our private dinner parties, which David said he absolutely loves, he sees this as the area of the industry that he likes the best, he enjoys working closely with the clients and creating something really special for them, David finds this very rewarding.
