With over 20 years of experience, David’s culinary journey has taken him through numerous Michelin-starred kitchens, each contributing to his wealth of skills and knowledge. At Richard Corrigan’s flagship restaurant, The Lindsey House, David cultivated a deep passion for cooking top-quality ingredients at a high level. He further honed his craft at Ransome’s Dock, mastering classical high-end cuisine.
Venturing overseas, David added an international flair to his repertoire while working at an exclusive 5-star hotel resort in Montenegro. Upon his return to the UK, he made his mark at The Sportsman restaurant in Kent, one of the pioneering gastro pubs to earn a Michelin star.
In London, David continued his culinary journey at Berners Tavern under the mentorship of Jason Atherton, pushing his creative boundaries and furthering his development. His diverse experiences also include stints at esteemed establishments like The Oriental Club and Holland & Holland.
Now working as a freelance chef for Harper Fine Dining, David thrives on crafting unforgettable dining experiences for clients. He finds immense joy in the close collaboration with clients, creating something truly special and rewarding with each event.
David helps to create the Harper Fine Dining seasonal menus and worked on all of the photo shoots for our website.
