Gabriel from an early age has had a huge passion for food and cooking. He originally became a chef in a fine dining hotel in his home town, where he would obtain fresh produce from the Kitchen garden and prepare it for service that evening, this gave him his love for only the freshest seasonal ingredients.Once he started to learn more and more about cooking he knew from that moment that he wanted to only work within the culinary industry.
After working in the hotel for around a year Gabriel was eager to learn more, push himself and develop his skills, so he looked to get a job within one of the best restaurants in the country. Gabriel took it upon himself to actually knock on the back door of restaurant Gordon Ramsay and he asked the head chef for a job in the kitchen. Within a month he was working at one of the most highly acclaimed restaurants with 3 Michelin stars and Gabriel stayed there for four and a half years learning all sections of the kitchen.
Since leaving the restaurant Gabriel has been improving his skills and knowledge of butchery at one of London’s leading butchers alongside carrying out fine dining at home with Harper Fine Dining, which Gabriel says he is thoroughly enjoying. Mixing the two aspects of the industry works extremely well for him.
