From a young age, Gabriel harboured a deep passion for food and cooking. His culinary journey began in a fine dining hotel in his hometown, where he developed a reverence for fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the kitchen garden. This early experience ignited his love for the culinary arts, setting him on a path within the industry.
Eager to further his skills and knowledge, Gabriel sought opportunities to challenge himself. He boldly approached the renowned restaurant Gordon Ramsay, knocking on the back door and securing a position in the kitchen within a month. Over four and a half years, Gabriel immersed himself in the demanding environment of the acclaimed three Michelin-starred restaurant, mastering all sections of the kitchen.
Since leaving Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, Gabriel has continued to refine his skills, particularly in butchery, at one of London’s premier butchers, Provenance. Alongside, he has embraced the opportunity to indulge his passion for fine dining with Harper Fine Dining, finding immense fulfilment in the blend of these two aspects of the culinary world.
