He has a large scale knowledge of multiple cuisines from working at the Marriott resorts internationally as an Executive Chef. Ian has cooked for some of the best footballers in the world and high profile companies. His caption of ingredients is reflected within his culinary work. He has cooked for UHNW clients all over the UK. Ian specialises in nutrition, cooking for the Wigan Warriors first team, including planning and nutrition for training, game and recovery.
