Wesley is an experienced and dynamic Chef who has held multiple executive management positions in Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels, private members clubs and in the private sector cooking for UHNW Individuals and families. His career has taken him to many parts of the world including Australia, Hong Kong, Russia, France and Spain to name but a few which has given him a comprehensive knowledge and confidence in many world cuisines. He is very personable and calm and adapts to any situation to provide a memorable experience. We love working with Wesley, he is unassuming and a real gentleman. He has a can-do attitude and his expertise means he delivers an unbeatable job every single time!
