Ben recently departed his role as Head Chef at Kol restaurant after notably obtaining a Michelin star, 23rd best restaurant in the world and 10th best restaurant in the UK in the national restaurant awards.
In London Ben has worked in some of the most recognised and formidable restaurants such as Viajante, 1 Michelin star and Hedone, 1 Michelin star, both influencing many generations and chefs in the past and to this day.
His career has taken him around the globe from Sous Chef at Koks, 2 Michelin star in the Faroe Islands, Chef de Partie at Mugaritz, 2 Michelin star in Spain to stints in Michelin star restaurants in Portugal, Italy and Japan – all adding knowledge and skill to his repertoire of world class dishes.
