Greg has a stellar CV which is difficult to match. He has worked for some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in both the UK and Scandinavia. Notable positions include Development Chef for Daniel Clifford’s 2 Michelin starred restaurant; Midsummer House, 2 star The Ledbury in Notting Hill, 1 star Restaurant Tom Aikens and 3 star Maaemo in Norway.
More recently, Greg had the opportunity to move Sussex and take over the fine dining restaurant The Pass, at the 5-star South Lodge hotel, for a highly acclaimed 6-month residency. This led him to securing his own investment and, after a lengthy search, sourcing a central Brighton site to open his very own restaurant which is now under construction and due to open in 2024. The concept is “flavour first, detail obsessed, fire fuelled cooking.”
Greg’s passion for sourcing and foraging the best of British larder, coupled with an outstanding career mastering the art of Michelin cooking, make him one of the brightest talents in the country right now.
Greg has worked as a private chef on temporary stints in some of the worlds best known celebrity households. We are lucky that Greg enjoys carrying out private dining events in our clients homes, keeping him busy until his restaurant is ready for him full time.
