Ciprian, a skilled bartender, honed his craft at the Hotel and Hospitality School in Salerno, Italy. With a career spanning from Italian cities to the bustling streets of London, his passion and dedication led him to prestigious roles at two globally renowned bars: Artesian bar at The Langham and American bar at the Savoy.
Throughout his career, Ciprian has actively participated in culinary and beverage events, clinching victories in cocktail competitions and earning accolades such as Mixologist of the Month by The Drink Shop in 2017. He’s a proud member of esteemed associations like AIBES, UKBG, and IBA, consistently infusing innovation and sustainability into his work.
Beyond mixology, Ciprian’s commitment to excellence extends to food service, earning praise from both clients and chefs alike. Ciprian fulfilled a long-standing aspiration by publishing his own cocktail book, “The Lucky Drinker Cocktail Book,” following it with “The Lucky Drinker Liquid Legacy” marking a significant milestone in his journey.
