Georgios, who is originally from Greece, moved to London in 2018, driven by his passion for hospitality. With a background in tourism and a keen interest in culinary and beverage culture, he pursued a WSET course in wines and spirits to deepen his expertise.

Since July 2019, Georgios has been an integral part of the Soho House private members club, currently posted at 180 House, The Strand. He views every aspect of food, beverage, and hospitality as a celebration of human connection and joy, relishing in the opportunity to enhance each guest’s experience. Known for his dedication to exceeding expectations, Georgios is committed to ensuring every client leaves with a smile, elevating hospitality to new heights.
