Matt brings years of diverse hospitality experience to our team, encompassing both front of house and back of house roles. His journey began in the North East, where he honed his skills in food and beverage service at sporting venues and restaurants, catering to a variety of functions.
Transitioning to Leicester, Matt spent five and a half years with a Leicestershire-based Event and Catering Company, showcasing his versatility in roles such as Event Planner, Operations Coordinator, and Event Management. His responsibilities spanned across private estates, wedding venues, and corporate offices, where he adeptly managed various food and beverage service styles, including table service, tasting menus, and canapé parties.
