Matt has over 8 years experience working in hospitality, in a variety of front of house and back of house roles. He started his hospitality career working in food and beverage service roles at sporting venues and restaurants in the North East, serving at a range of different functions. Following this, he moved to Leicester, where he worked for a Leicestershire based Event and Catering Company for five and a half years in a variety of roles such as Event Planner, Operations Coordinator and then progressing to an Event Management role. These roles required Matt to work in various different settings, such as private estates, wedding venues, and corporate offices. He has been involved in many different food and beverage service styles including table service, tasting menus and canapé parties. He prides himself on offering exceptional customer service to all guests, dealing with any requests in a timely manner. Matt is a fantastic member of our team, he takes time to really understand they party he is working on and will make a plan of how to execute the service to perfection.
