Pietro is fantastic front of house – we hand picked him! He had served us many times and every time we enjoyed how pleasant, on-it and easy he was in his service. Pietro is Italian and carried out hospitality school in Italy. Initially, working for a little restaurant in his home city. He then moved to Park Hyatt Milano and with the Hyatt group he transferred to London, where he worked at Hyatt Regency The Churchill. He worked there for almost 3 years and currently works for the Soho House Group and has been there for 3 years already.
Pietro loves producing classic cocktails, he is very passionate about his role and the bar area too and enjoys learning new skills within the bar and cocktails.
