Hailing from Italy, Pietro attended hospitality school before embarking on his career journey. Beginning at a quaint restaurant in his hometown, he later joined the esteemed Park Hyatt Milano, where he refined his craft.
Upon transitioning to London with the Hyatt group, Pietro contributed his expertise to the Hyatt Regency The Churchill for nearly three years. Presently, he is a valued member of the Soho House Group, where he has dedicated three years to delivering outstanding service. Pietro has also worked in prestigious 5 star luxury resorts in Ibiza, serving an elite clientele.
Pietro’s passion for his role shines through in his meticulous attention to detail and his enthusiasm for producing classic cocktails. He is committed to continuous growth and eagerly embraces new skills and techniques within the bar and cocktail realm.
