Andrea, was born in a small city in Italy close to Rome. He has almost ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. Andrea started out with a diploma in food and beverage and moved into working in high end environments such as in a Michelin starred restaurant, Aminta Resort and 5 star Hotels in Italy. Andrea enjoys working towards the highest of standards and developing his craft.
Andrea left Italy in 2018 and moved to London, he has a very positive outlook and a can-do attitude. Andrea is a determined team player, striving to deliver the highest quality service. He has a deep passion for wines and champagne and a constant curiosity about the wine world, which compliments his love of working within fine dining.
