Ruby has been working in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years and is extremely proud to freelance across the country for some of the very best brands and people including Lady Diana’s family home, a Michelin star restaurant, multiple stately homes and Harper Fine Dining.
Throughout her career she has particularly enjoyed event and wedding management, having cared for over 100 occasions. Passionate about not only the quality of food and beverage but also the service provided. Ruby ensures a personal experience to each guest and fully believes that when you love what you do you will never work a day in your life!
We are always confident when Ruby works on one of our events as she uses initiative and thinks on the spot.
