James is an extremely valuable member of the team. He prides himself on his love, understanding and knowledge of wine. He is extremely personable, friendly and professional. James has 15 years experience in the hospitality industry with a background from casual contemporary dining through to five star hotels and fine dining. James is a certified Sommelier with the court of master Sommeliers world wide. He has served wine in one, two and three Michelin star restaurants including some of the worlds best. James is currently working towards the master of wine qualification. He specialises in food and wine paring. This shines through during our dinner parties.
