Elliot boasts a wealth of experience in Michelin-starred establishments across London and the North. His career began as a Bartender at Northcote, a one-Michelin-starred venue, before making his mark as a Sommelier at L’Enclume, a prestigious two-Michelin-starred restaurant.
Driven by his passion, Elliot ventured to London to join Fera at Claridge’s, another one-Michelin-starred gem, alongside a colleague. His dedication led him to 67 Pall Mall, an exclusive private members wine club renowned for its extensive wine list. Here, he ascended to the role of Assistant Head Sommelier, overseeing a team of approximately 20 Sommeliers and earning certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Elliot continued to make culinary waves, contributing to the launch of HIDE, a one-Michelin-starred establishment, and making significant contributions to Core by Clare Smyth, which achieved an impressive two Michelin stars within its inaugural year. Recently, he returned to his Northern roots, assuming the role of Assistant Manager at Moor Hall, another two-Michelin-starred destination.
In addition to his Michelin-starred endeavours, Elliot has been an invaluable member of the Harper Fine Dining Team, seamlessly transitioning between roles in Front of House and as a Sommelier for various events and dinner parties. His expertise and dedication make him an indispensable asset to the team.
