Before diving into hospitality, Will explored his passion for music as a Blues/Jazz pianist. Growing up in the countryside made him naturally sociable, leading him to quickly fall in love with the hospitality industry. He started with Bartending and Mixology before finding himself at PENSONS, a one Michelin Star restaurant in Worcestershire, where he developed a passion for wine.
Moving to London was an exciting change for Will, going from green hillsides to the bustling pace of Oxford Street. He began his London journey at Kitchen Table, a 2 Michelin Star restaurant, where he honed his skills with grower champagnes and learned discipline. Next, he joined Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, renowned for its 3 Michelin Stars since 2001, under James Lloyd, mastering the art of perfect service.
Currently, Will is at The Ritz Hotel London, where he continues to study, travel, and learn, always striving to deliver unforgettable experiences.
