Shiv has an outstanding culinary background and is experienced and highly skilled in a vast array of world cuisines.
Shiv worked as Sous Chef at KOL which holds a Michelin star in modern Mexican cuisine spotlighting only British produce. Also ranked 23rd in the world by Worlds 50 Best Restaurants.
Then moving to Alex Dilling at Cafe Royal, as Sous Chef which holds 2 Michelin stars, creating innovative French cuisine with a highly detailed execution of the dishes.
Prior to this Shiv worked at Scully which uses new and unique ingredients from all over Asia while staying in touch with modern techniques.
Also having worked internships at Ikoyi, 2 Michelin star, focusing on spices and West African cuisine and at TING located in The Shard, a fine dining restaurant inspired by asian cultures.
Sihiv has also held a strong presence in the opening of Anglothai which creates Thai dishes and flavours while using the best British produce from small farms and producers around the British isles.
Shiv brings his wealth of knowledge, his exceptional pallet for flavour, incorporating his Michelin kitchen experience and flair for fine dining to the Harper Fine Dining team.
