Sebastiano is a highly accomplished Italian chef with a rich and diverse culinary background. After completing culinary school and restaurant management in 2008, he moved to London to train under world renowned chef Michel Roux Jr. at Roux at the Landau and at the prestigious, two-Michelin star Le Gavroche.
He further refined his craft at Heston Blumenthal’s three-Michelin star The Fat Duck and the famous Arts Club, before joining the team at the 3 star Michelin, Eleven Madison Park in New York City, where the restaurant was awarded the title of best restaurant in the world in 2017.
Following this, Sebastiano worked with the Roca brothers at the three-Michelin star El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, before returning to London to open Davies and Brook at Claridge’s. There, the restaurant achieved a Michelin star just five months after opening.
After the pandemic, Sebastiano transitioned into a successful consulting career, working with prestigious clients like The Nomad Hotel in London, Albany Resort in the Bahamas, El Nico in New York, Vinga and Impression in Seoul, and Ardfin Estate in Scotland.
In addition, Sebastiano has provided culinary expertise as a private chef to many high net worth individuals across Europe and hosted several exclusive dinner events.
Sebastiano is also a culinary producer for Studio Ramsey TV Global, collaborating with Gordon Ramsay’s TV production company and filming six TV shows to date.
