From an early age, Julia was drawn to the restaurant industry, driven by a passion for creating memorable experiences and bringing joy to others.

Julia began working in her village bakery at 14, where she developed a deep appreciation for hospitality. At 18, she embarked on her career in Fine Dining, spending four years at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons, 2 Michelin star, working alongside Raymond Blanc and his talented team of chefs, service staff and sommeliers. This is where Julia mastered the art of French culinary excellence.

From there Julia moved to London to further her career at The Ledbury, 2 Michelin star, working with only the best British produce and continually learning from the high standards of service and customer satisfaction that the Ledbury embodies.

Julia continues to pursue her passion for Fine Dining with HFD, attracted by the intimate and welcoming nature of the events. Continuing to provide the level of service of a Michelin restaurant, within the homes of our clients.
