Hospitality runs deep in Andrew’s veins, rooted in the spirit of Cyprus where he grew up. From the age of 12, he immersed himself in the industry, starting with Greek-style weddings and honing his skills in bars and restaurants across the country. His journey led him to London, where he refined his craft at establishments like The Langham Hotel, renowned for its personalised guest care, and Michelin-starred venues such as KOL and Restaurant Alex Dilling. Andrew values initiative, friendliness, and communication, believing they are key to creating memorable guest experiences. He considers himself fortunate to work in such a beautiful industry.
