Our Process
Submit Your Application
To begin, upload your CV and complete the required questions. This helps us understand your experience, skills, and preferences. If your background aligns with our clients’ needs, we will contact you to arrange an interview
If your application is not a match at this time, we will inform you promptly – we pride ourselves on clear and respectful communication.
Provide Supporting Materials
If we’re ready to move forward with your application, we will request the following:
- Written references from previous employers
- A selection of food photos showcasing your culinary skills
- Any relevant certifications, such as a DBS check
- A clear headshot, which we will add to your CV before presenting you to clients
Interview with Us
If selected, you will have an interview with us either:
- In-person in London at a convenient location
- Via video call if you are based elsewhere
Client Interviews and Paid Trial
If we feel you are suitable for the client we are recruiting for:
- We will submit your profile to the client with our feedback from the interview
- If the client wishes to meet you, we will arrange an interview either in person or via video call
- If the interview is successful, we will arrange a paid trial, allowing both you and the client to determine if the role is the right fit
Ongoing Support and Career Development
Provide feedback after your trial
- Stay in touch to ensure you are comfortable and thriving in your position
- Offer ongoing career guidance
If you are not selected for a particular position, we confidentially retain your details and will contact you if a suitable opportunity arises in the future.
